• Add low SUGAR foods
• MULTIVITAMINS with minerals
• Avoid FATTY meat, WHOLE milk dairy, butter , chicken skin, FRIED foods, sweets
• Select mainly MONOSATURATED fats – olive oil, nuts and omega 3 – salmon, flaxseed, nuts
these fats are heart healthy. 
• Exercise on a regular basis.
